Currently, IFB owns and operates two concepts: The Chopped Leaf acquired in 2014 and since 1984 Teriyaki Experience. Both bring a fresh perspective to their food offerings and focus on creating delicious, nutritious meal options made fresh for each guest.
Before the development of Innovative Food Brands, CEO Lou Donato founded Donato Food Corp. in 1981. Their first franchise concept was Mrs. Vanelli’s Pizza. They sold the concept in 2004.
